02 What we believe
What webelieve.
Four principles and one promise.
- Pay for itselfPrinciple If an AI tool doesn't save you time or make you money within 30 days, it's the wrong tool. We don't sell science projects.01
- The same tools the big guys havePrinciple Enterprise companies have had AI for years. The local clinic, the family-run shop, and the growing service business deserve the same advantage.02
- Understand firstPrinciple We don't just plug in tools and walk away. Every system starts with how your business actually works.03
- Honesty over hypePrinciple If AI isn't the right solution for your problem, we'll tell you. No inflated promises. No buzzword salads.04
- Same partnerPromise I'm not here to build something and disappear. When your business changes, I want to be the first person you call.05
03 Facts
Thefacts.
- FoundedFounded December 2025. Epiphany Dynamics LLC, registered in Tennessee.01
- BasedNashville, Tennessee. Remote-first, working with businesses worldwide.02
- Who we serveOwner-run service businesses, roughly 5 to 50 people, that need technology that pays for itself.03
- Who you work withPatrick Gibbs scopes every project and is who you call after launch. Kim Gibbs is co-owner. She handles outreach and client onboarding.04
- After launchSame two people. No handoff to an account manager, no new vendor every time something changes.05
- Surface What you see: real clients, real reviews, real press.System Who runs it: the founder and co-owner, not account managers.
The AI agency space is full of two kinds of people: Silicon Valley types who've never set foot in a real business, and opportunists who watched a YouTube tutorial and started cold-calling. Neither one understands what it's like to run a company, manage real problems, and need technology that actually pays for itself.
When I saw how many business owners were being oversold and underserved, I stopped watching and started building. AI receptionists that actually handle calls. Follow-up systems that don't let leads slip. Automations that save real hours, not theoretical ones.
I succeed when my clients succeed. That's not a tagline. It's how I run this business. Every system has to earn its keep. Every recommendation has to make sense for your operation, not just my bottom line.
If you've been burned by empty promises, or you've been curious about AI but don't know who to trust, I built this for you.
I'm not here to build something and disappear. When your business changes, when new problems come up, when you're wondering if AI can solve something you haven't thought of yet, I want to be the first person you call. Not a new vendor every time. The same partner who already knows your business.
Client words
What clients say.
“He took a complex Discovery and Architecture brief and turned it into a detailed, practical and well-structured technical blueprint, while still explaining his recommendations clearly enough for a non-technical founder to understand and make informed decisions. What particularly impressed me was his thoroughness, responsiveness and willingness to work collaboratively through detailed review and refinement.”
