Stuck at 80 percent
The screens look great. The demo impressed everyone. Then came auth, payments, webhooks, and real data, the parts the AI tools do not finish for you, and progress stopped.
Epiphany Dynamics Vibe coded an app. Wired up an automation. Launched an agent. Now it's 80% done and stuck, or it breaks when real customers touch it. We find the problem, repair or finish the piece that's costing you most, and verify it in production. The scope and fixed quote are agreed in writing before work starts.
20 to 30 minutes. We cap the number of rescues we take at once so each gets full attention.

Maybe you built it yourself with Lovable, Base44, Bolt, or Claude. Maybe a freelancer built half of it and disappeared. Either way you have a system that was supposed to be running your leads, bookings, or follow-up by now, and it is not.

It runs fine when you test it. Then actual people use it at odd hours in ways nobody planned for, and it drops leads, misses handoffs, or quietly stops.
Every fix means another late night in the AI tool that built it. The system that was supposed to save you time has become the thing that takes your time.
We work inside what you already built. Rebuilding from scratch is a last resort, not a sales pitch.
We work inside what you built:
We do not rebuild your whole stack. We diagnose one production-critical workflow, fix or finish the highest-impact piece within agreed scope and access, verify it in production, then map what a larger build would mean if you ever need one.
We map the one workflow that should be driving leads, bookings, follow-up, or ops, and isolate exactly where it is broken or unfinished.
The failure or the missing piece that is costing you the most gets repaired or completed first, inside written scope you approve.
We test against the acceptance criteria we wrote down together, not a demo environment that hides the real edge cases.
After go-live we watch the repair so silent regressions do not undo the work.
You leave with a plain-English map of what was broken or missing, what we fixed or finished, what to watch, and what a full launch or larger build would take if you want one later.
AI Rescue Service
Get it working
One critical workflow repaired and verified. Days, not weeks. Your repair window is committed in writing when the diagnostic lands, before you approve the sprint. Written scope and milestones before work starts. You approve each milestone before paying the next.
Rescue Diagnostic
Find the fault
Low-commitment entry when you want the full map of what stands between you and live before the sprint. 48-hour turnaround. A root-cause map and repair plan you can hand to any developer.
After handoff, run the system yourself or ask us to monitor and maintain it. Support is optional and scoped to what you need. Read about how we scope your project.
Every build has a written scope with milestones you approve. If what we scoped is not live and working in your business, measured against the acceptance criteria we wrote down together, we keep working at no extra cost until it is. You approve each milestone before paying the next, and the final milestone is only due once everything is live and working. Our one ask: give us access and answer setup questions within 2 business days. The clock pauses while we wait, new ideas are new scope, and third-party outages (your phone carrier, your hosting) are theirs to fix, though we will help you chase them.
You receive the complete root-cause map and repair plan whether we handle the repair or another developer does. The scope and quote are agreed in writing before diagnosis starts.

Diagnosis of one production-critical workflow, repair of the highest-impact failure within scope and access, production verification, post-go-live monitoring, and a plain-English stability map. Scope and acceptance criteria are written before build work starts. It is not a full-stack rebuild.
We start by evaluating and working with what you already built, including systems from tools like Lovable, Base44, or Claude. The diagnostic tells you exactly what is missing or broken. Starting over is a recommendation we make only when the map shows it is genuinely cheaper, and it is your call, never a default.
A 48-hour root-cause map and repair plan for the broken workflow. You'll know where the failure starts, what needs to change, and what a repair would involve. The plan is yours to hand to any developer. We agree the diagnostic scope and quote before work starts.
We say so in writing. The sprint repairs the highest-impact failure within the scope you approve. A larger rebuild gets its own plan and written quote before any additional work starts.
No. Builds keep running in accounts you control without a subscription to us. After handoff, we can monitor and maintain the system if you want ongoing help. Support is optional and scoped in writing to the work you need.
Book a rescue call and we qualify fit, access, and one success condition. The diagnostic clock starts when agreed access is received. Sprint work runs in days, not weeks, and your repair window is committed in writing at diagnostic handoff, before you approve the sprint.
Access to the systems that run the broken workflow, and answers to setup questions within 2 business days. The clock pauses while we wait. You never need to write code.
We will confirm fit, one success condition, and whether the Rescue Diagnostic or the AI Rescue Service is the right first move. Scope stays written and fenced.
